Every constructed element we build, hardscape, patios, pergolas and patio covers, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, and drainage installations, is covered by a written two-year workmanship warranty. If a defect in our workmanship appears within two years of completion, we come back and make it right.

Plant material, trees, shrubs, and installed landscaping, is covered for 90 days from installation. Plants are living material in a demanding climate, so this coverage assumes reasonable watering and care per the guidance we provide at walkthrough.

Where applicable, product manufacturers provide their own warranties on materials, pavers, turf, appliances, roofing panels, lighting, and similar products. Those warranties come from the manufacturer, run on the manufacturer's terms, and are passed through to you. We help you register and use them when a product issue arises.

The controlling warranty terms for your project are the ones documented in your signed project agreement. This page summarizes our standard coverage; the agreement states exactly what applies to your specific scope.
